Provide the Christmas cheer with this sparkling White Christmas sangria!
There’s something about the cold weather and Christmas time that draws many of us to red wine. While I love both, white wine showcases the festive colors of the fruit in sangria way better and makes for a perfect drink to serve at your holiday party!
To make non-alcoholic, switch out the wine and champagne for sparkling grape juice or sprite.
White Christmas Sangria
Provide the Christmas cheer with this sparkling White Christmas sangria!
Ingredients
- Green Apples Chopped
- Pears Chopped
- Cranberries
- White Wine
- Dry Champagne
- Sparkling Water
- Rosemary Stems
- Sugar
Instructions
- Wash rosemary stems with water. Pour sugar out onto a flat plate. Roll rosemary stems into sugar to fully coat. Place sugared rosemary on a dry plate or paper towel to dry.
- Put chopped fruits and cranberries into large drink pitcher.
- Fill pitcher half way with white wine. Then pour equal parks champagne and sparkling water. Stir.
- Garnish each individual glass with frosted rosemary. Pour sangria into each glass and serve to your wonderful guests!
- To be extra festive, you can use the water and sugar combo to sugar coat the glass rims.
