When looking for a diaper bag, you want one that will hold it all and get the job done. There is nothing worse than having a diaper bags that’s too small, falling apart after a month of use, or just overall sucks! Baby gear buyer’s remorse is one of the worse shopping remorse’s one can have since you have enough on your plate.
I’m going on my fourth diaper bag for my fourth baby. Don’t ask why I feel I need a new one for each child….strollers included…it’s a problem. My first ever diaper bag was a no-name bag I can’t even tell you where I purchased from. It came with a changing pad and that’s about it. It fell apart after a few months, but I wasn’t all that mad since I didn’t spend too much money on it.
Second time around I thought I needed to spend crazy money for a good one that wouldn’t fall apart. I purchased a designer diaper bag and it held up great. It wasn’t exactly multi-functioning though. It looked nice and did it’s job, but I wouldn’t highly recommend. Sometimes I wonder why high-end designers sell diaper bags.
Third times the charm and I bought my first Ju-Ju-Be diaper bag! They are diaper bag experts and I won’t wander away from a “expert” company again. There’s a reason diaper bags are all they do. They do the research and truly cater to parents looking for the best of the best. I’m trying out a Skip Hop diaper bag this fourth time around and I’ve used it a handful of times so far. It has amazing reviews and it’s super cute. It’s very similar to the newest Ju-Ju-Be Ever Collection, but half the price.
I’ve searched and hand picked these beauties for you to compare. All are something I wouldn’t mind carrying around, cater to parents, and have numerous pockets! (YAS pockets!) You’ll notice most are backpacks. I think backpacks are the way to go for a diaper bag, especially if you have more than one child! It’s just easier to carry the backpack and a child on your hip at the same time.
