Toiletry Bag Packing Guide

My all time packing hack is to have your toiletry bag packed and ready at all times. Toiletries are usually the last things packed because you’re using them at home until the moment you leave. That means, they’re the most easily forgotten! The worst thing for me is getting ready for bed the first night at a resort and realizing I forgot my contact solution. I’ve done that too many times in the past and I finally put my foot down and kept a bottle of contact solution in my toiletry bag ready to go! Having your toiletries packed at all times will ensure you’ll never get to your resort missing your precious face wash or your favorite hair products. We spend a lot of money on these items, so why would we want to travel to beautiful areas of the world without them?!

The only downfall to travel sized items is that they are very expensive when you think about how much of the product you’re actually getting for that price. However, you are buying convenience, and “Travel sized” doesn’t necessarily mean tiny. One ‘travel size’ bottle may last you multiple trips. Another option is to buy travel bottles and jars to fill with products you have and use at home. Personally, I’m only a fan of this method for shampoo and conditioner.
