I got to live out every dog-lover’s dream. We did corgi puppy yoga with Puppies & Yoga Tampa, and it was just as magical as it sounds. My daughters, my nieces, and I rolled out our mats and were instantly swarmed (in the best way) by a group of the most adorable corgi pups. Some were playful little energy balls, tumbling over each other and chewing on our yoga maps. Others were complete snuggle bugs who just curled up in our laps mid-stretch. It was the perfect blend of movement, cuteness overload, and serotonin.
Honestly, we didn’t take the yoga too seriously. How can you when a puppy is licking your face in child’s pose? One little corgi decided my niece’s braid was his new toy during downward dog, and we could not stop laughing. There were puppies climbing on backs, falling asleep on mats, and posing like pros for photos. Some puppies needed potty breaks in all the wrong places, but the staff was quick to clean up every mess. It was the most joyful chaos, and somehow still felt therapeutic and calming.

Highly recommend bringing a water bottle, your phone for pics (you’re going to want them all), and zero expectations of getting a “serious” workout in. This is about the experience, and trust me, it’s the kind you’ll be talking about for weeks.
