Treat your kids to this healthy and cute Halloween inspired smoothie for a quick breakfast or afternoon snack. This recipe is also one of my own smoothie favorites, so don’t stop yourself from making an extra for you to enjoy as well.
Frankenstein Smoothie
Spooky season is here and while candy is the main character, I can’t help to push some supporting characters packed with goodness. These simple spooky smoothies will give your group all the energy they need before trick or treating and indulging in all the sweets the Halloween night will serve.
I used our regular drinking glasses and a permanent marker for the Frankenstein faces. The permanent marker was easy to get out with a quick run through the dishwasher. I don’t think Frankenstein’s face stands a chance if you decide to use a dry-erase marker.

Spooky season often arrives with Cold and Flu season. Packed with good ingredients like bananas and spinach, these smoothies will help kick any sickness that seems to linger these last months of the year.

Fun Idea: Host a movie night this October with your family and some friends. Serve these Frankenstein smoothies to give the kids something to sip on while watching Frankenweenie on Disney+.
