When I first had a vision of this garden board, I had Peter Rabbit on my mind. I pictured Peter Rabbit coming out of the garden holding onto long carrots from their leafy stems. Too cute! I wanted to take that vision and transfer it onto my Easter table.

This Easter garden board looks like you went into your garden and picked a bunch of fresh veggies. It’s the perfect grazing board after having a basket full of candy. You can use all and any vegetable your heart desires, but you’ll find my favorites listed below. Just tear them into large or small pieces, almost like they are the “chips” for the dip. Add a variety of yummy dips like ranch, hummus, spinach artichoke, blue cheese dressing, and buffalo dip for the perfect grazing board.
- Romaine lettuce hearts
- Sliced radishes
- Carrots with the stems still attached
- Snap Peas
- Sweet peppers
- Cauliflower
- Broccoli
- Artichokes
- Celery
- Mini Cucumbers
- Endive
- Radicchio for a pop of color
